Where are the training sessions conducted?
All 1-on-1 personal training and small group sessions take place in our private elite performance studio located downtown. It is fully outfitted with professional strength equipment, power racks, kettlebells, turf zones, and premium showers.
What is the minimum commitment for 1-on-1 training?
To build significant physical adaptations and structural resilience, we recommend a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. This allows Richi to progression-cycle your loading patterns, adjust macros, and secure sustainable progress.
How are corporate training structures designed?
Corporate wellness plans are built dynamically based on your company size and facility access. We conduct ergonomics seminars, structural alignment assessments, and run regular semi-private classes either at your onsite building gym, local park, or in our studio space.
Do you offer virtual or remote coaching?
Yes. For high-profile clients and executives who travel frequently, we offer hybrid training packages. This includes custom programming on our training application, weekly video calls to review lifting mechanics, and nutritional adjustment syncing.
